At Enter we understand that most of our clients are overseas and with distance comes trust. We provide a superior customer service which is not optional. Superior customer service is the key for us to remain competitive and to create a service benchmark in the crafts industry. Good customer service is not our slogan nor is it a campaign. It is the result of producing the best product and having our clients understand we take trust seriously.

	The Gifts company or trading company approaches us with a design of their choice. This could range from a rough idea, product picture, sample that is being send to us or a detailed drawing for custom design .
	Here our technical support team will give a full layout of material, production time, customized packaging, production time and cost for samples.
	In general custom design  samples do not take more than 7 days. Once finished we send the samples out via courier.
	We communicate with our clients making sure they have selected products to their needs and are ready for the final stage of production. We send custom designed samples with clients specifacations and wait for our clients descion making
	At this stage we are in our final preperation to start production with material purchased and ready to go. During the mass production we ensure that the final product will be as good as possible
	Once our our second inspection is concluded we offer our trade clients an FOB service to Ningbo. For our direct clients (Beverage Manufactures) we offer a full door to door delivery services.
